We were given access to ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other AI tools before most of us received any formal education on how to actually use them.
We learned by experimenting, watching videos, copying prompts and figuring things out as we went.
There's nothing wrong with using AI for any of these things. The problem is stopping there.

Open ChatGPT and Gemini and ask both to explain the same concept at three levels: child, beginner and professional.
This course teaches you how to communicate with AI more effectively and improve the quality of the results you get back.
Take one real task from your life or work and complete it using AI from beginning to final output.
TASK → AI → REVIEW → REFINE → FINAL OUTPUTThis course moves beyond basic AI usage and helps you understand how AI systems work, where they fit and how people can collaborate with them more effectively.
Identify three tasks in your current job, studies or business where AI could assist you.
TASK 01 · TASK 02 · TASK 03This course strengthens your AI fluency by combining practical AI usage with critical thinking, responsible use and an understanding of how AI is changing work.
Take one AI-generated answer and deliberately verify its claims using reliable external sources.

This is where you move beyond using AI occasionally and begin thinking about how it can become part of your normal way of working.
